These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Acid Drip Software ("Acid Drip Software," "we," "our," or "us"), a development studio that builds data-driven applications end to end. They govern every application, website and service we operate.
The document has two parts. Part A applies to all of our products. Part B contains the terms that apply to one specific product — today that is PredictEdge, and each product we release later gets its own section beside it.
By creating an account, subscribing, downloading or installing one of our applications, or otherwise accessing any Acid Drip Software website, application or service (each a "Service," together the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
These Terms cover Acid Drip Software and all of its applications, websites and services, present and future — including our mobile applications, our web applications, our marketing and product websites, and any application programming interfaces or subscriptions we offer. They are not specific to a single product.
Part A sets out the general terms that apply to every Service. Part B sets out product-specific terms. Where a term in Part B conflicts with a term in Part A, the Part B term controls for that product only, and every other provision of Part A continues to apply.
When we release a new application or website, it is covered by Part A from the day it launches. If that product needs its own terms — different eligibility rules, a different subscription structure, or product-specific disclaimers — we add a new section to Part B and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Products that do not have their own section in Part B are governed by Part A alone.
Acid Drip Software builds and operates data-driven software: data pipelines, statistical and machine-learning models, backend systems, and the cross-platform applications and websites that present them. Individual Services differ in what they do; the description of each Service, and the features included in each subscription tier, are shown in that product's own materials at the time you subscribe.
Our Services provide information and analysis. Unless a specific Service states otherwise in Part B, we do not act as a broker, dealer, adviser, wagering operator or custodian of funds, and we do not hold, transmit or manage money on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to use any of the Services or to purchase a subscription. Individual products may set a higher minimum age; see Part B.
You may not use the Services in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws that govern the activities you choose to undertake after reading information we publish.
By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet the age and eligibility requirements in this section and in any applicable Part B section, and that the information you give us when registering is accurate.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@predictedge.bet if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or operating an account on behalf of multiple people is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination without refund.
Some Services offer a free tier plus one or more paid subscription tiers. The tiers available for a product, what each tier unlocks, and the current price in US dollars are shown in that product's materials and on the checkout screen before you pay. Current PredictEdge pricing is set out in section 20.7.
Your billing terms depend on where you subscribed, not on where you use the Service. There are two independent channels, and they are not interchangeable:
A subscription bought in one channel cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded through the other. If you are unsure which you have, your receipt identifies the biller.
Subscriptions purchased on our websites are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, using Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects and holds your card details; Acid Drip Software never sees or stores your card number. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
These are auto-renewing subscriptions. Except during a free trial (section 7), your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period — every month on a monthly plan, every twelve months on an annual plan — and the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel it.
To cancel or change a website subscription, sign in and open the Stripe customer portal using the "Manage billing" link on the product's pricing or account page. From that portal you can cancel, switch plans, update your payment method, and download invoices. Website subscriptions are not cancelled through any app store.
What happens after you cancel: cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not prorated. When that period ends, the account reverts to the free tier; your account itself is not deleted.
Where a product is offered through an app store, subscriptions purchased inside that application are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play rather than by us. For those purchases:
As of the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, no Acid Drip Software application is published in the Apple App Store or in Google Play, so no subscription can be purchased through either store today. This section states the terms that will apply to a product from the day it is offered there. Until then, every paid subscription is a website subscription governed by section 6.3.
If you are not satisfied with a subscription you purchased on our website, email support@predictedge.bet within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full and end the subscription. After 14 days, charges for a billing period already served are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are typically settled by Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Because we sell information and analysis rather than an outcome, we do not issue refunds on the basis of how any decision you made using our information turned out.
We may change subscription prices. For website subscriptions, we will email you before a new price takes effect on your plan, and you may cancel in the Stripe billing portal rather than accept it; the change applies only to billing periods that begin after the notice. For app-store subscriptions, price changes are communicated and applied through that store's own process, which may require your consent before the next renewal.
Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or applied by the app store. If a renewal payment fails, the biller may retry it; if it continues to fail, paid access may be suspended or the subscription cancelled, and the account reverts to the free tier.
We currently offer one introductory offer, and its terms are narrow. It is a 3-day free trial on the PredictEdge Pro Monthly plan, available only for subscriptions purchased on our website through Stripe. Specifically:

You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, models, algorithms, projections, rankings, databases, and software — are owned by Acid Drip Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own use, and nothing more. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our Services display and build on data obtained from third-party sources — for example schedules, statistics, scores and published odds — and rely on third-party infrastructure such as payment processors, app stores and push notification delivery. We do not control that data or those services, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party content and services are subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
While we work to produce accurate analysis from sound data, we make no guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any projection, statistic, score, price, ranking or other information displayed in the Services. Models are wrong regularly and by design: a probabilistic estimate is not a statement about what will happen. Data feeds can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and the Services may be interrupted.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information provided by the Services, and for any consequence of that decision. Acid Drip Software is not liable for any loss, damage or other consequence resulting from your use of our projections, analysis, alerts or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acid Drip Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of money, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acid Drip Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time, and may cancel a subscription as described in section 6. If we discontinue a paid Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for on a website subscription.
We may revise these Terms from time to time — including to add a new product section to Part B. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant Service or our websites, and this page will carry a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Acid Drip Software regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

PredictEdge is a sports analytics and statistics product. It publishes statistical projections, model outputs, team and player statistics, line-movement tracking and odds comparison across a wide range of leagues, together with a graded historical record of its own published projections. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.
PredictEdge is not a sportsbook and is not a gambling service. We do not accept, place, process or transmit wagers of any kind. We hold no user funds and offer no deposits, withdrawals, payouts, winnings, balances or wallets. We are not affiliated with, and do not operate on behalf of, any sportsbook or wagering operator. Odds shown in the product are published market information about games, displayed for comparison only.
PredictEdge does not provide gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial, investment or tax advice. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to place any wager or to enter into any transaction. We do not encourage, promote or facilitate gambling. If you choose to wager, you do so entirely on your own judgement, at your own risk, with a third party we have nothing to do with, and it is your responsibility to confirm that doing so is legal where you are.
Projections are probabilistic estimates produced by statistical models, and they are frequently wrong. We make no promise of profit, no earnings claim, and no assurance of any outcome — from a single projection, a day's board, or any period of use. Past performance of a model does not predict its future performance. The historical record we publish is graded honestly and shows losing periods as well as winning ones; that record is available to every tier, free, precisely so you can judge it for yourself. Any decision you take after reading it is your own, and you may lose money.
In addition to section 4, you must be at least 21 years old — or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use PredictEdge. You are responsible for ensuring that sports wagering is legal where you are before acting on any information surfaced by the product.
Sports wagering should be entertainment, never a way to make money. No statistical model can assure you of a win, and losses accumulate quickly. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, never chase losses, and set limits on both time and money before you start.

All paid plans auto-renew until cancelled, under section 6.3 or 6.4 depending on where you subscribed. Paid tiers differ in how much of each day's published board they unlock; no tier changes the projections themselves, and the graded historical record is free on every tier. The 3-day free trial described in section 7 applies to the Pro Monthly plan purchased on the website only.
PredictEdge ingests schedules, statistics, scores and published odds from third-party data providers, as described in section 10. This data concerns games, teams and players — it is public information about sporting events, not information about you. Provider coverage changes, and feeds can be late or wrong; section 11 applies.
Our other applications and websites are governed by Part A of these Terms. When a product needs terms of its own, we add a section here rather than rewriting this document, and note the addition in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
