By downloading, installing, or using the PredictEdge application ("App") developed by Acid Drip Software ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
PredictEdge is a sports analytics and prediction application that provides data-driven game predictions, line movement tracking, and value bet identification across multiple sports leagues. The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes.
PredictEdge does not provide gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial advice. All predictions, analysis, and information provided through the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not encourage, promote, or facilitate gambling.
While we strive to provide accurate predictions based on statistical analysis, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions, scores, odds, or other information displayed in the App. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the App. Acid Drip Software shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your use of the App's predictions or analysis.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App may offer premium features through paid subscription plans. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, including billing cycles and renewal, are governed by the respective app store's terms and conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, predictions, and software — are owned by Acid Drip Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App displays sports data, odds, and statistics obtained from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party content is subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acid Drip Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acid Drip Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
